Delivery & Refund Policy

This website Hott.Com.My is owned and operated by UNETWORKS Technology Sdn Bhd (791167-K). All products listed on Hott.Com.My are described to the best of our abilities and the specifications reflect the information that has been provided to us. All care is taken to ensure this information is correct, but we cannot eliminate the possibility of human error.

The description of our products is the copyright property of Hott, and specifically you may not use that description as the description of the product should you choose to re-sell the items elsewhere. This includes all product information, images and specifications where applicable.
Payment Information :
All payments are done through iPay88.com (Mobile88.com Sdn.Bhd.) payment gateway system, which will lead you to your selected financial institution’s payment gateway. When ordering, payment is charged first when you place your order. All orders are in Malaysian Ringgit. If your payment is declined by the payment gateway system for any reason, we cannot hold the goods against your order.
Please note that we do not store any of your payment information on our servers.
Shipping Information :
The cost of shipping is clearly indicated for each product ordered, and is included in the invoice total. Under normal circumstances, orders are generally processed and posted in three to five working days. Where the item requires pre-installation by our Hott technicians, orders may take longer.
Please note that we will not ship any order outside of Malaysia at this current moment.
Shipping Errors :
Hott uses quality couriers (with tracking numbers) to deliver your products and requires signature upon delivery. Whilst we use quality carriers, the reality is that errors may occur. In the event of delivery errors, Hott will use all its efforts to ensure you receive your goods, receive a replacement or are refunded your purchase price.
Dead On Arrival (D.O.A) Products :
Your satisfaction is our number one priority at Hott.Com.My. If you receive the product and it doesn't work (D.O.A), you must report back to us within 48 hours of receiving the product. You will need to request for a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number to pre-arrange the product return to us. We will respond with a return authorization number for you. Your D.O.A product will have to reach us within 7 days after obtaining the return authorization number from us. For D.O.A products, we will either give you a replacement or a purchase refund if there isn't any replacement available from our stock. Please initiate the return process to obtain the RMA number from us by using the RMA messaging system by clicking the Order History button from 'My Account' page.
1. Replacement product will only be shipped after the faulty item has been received by Hott. Please use quality courier (with tracking number) to send the goods back to us.
2. Returned D.O.A product must be in original condition, including all contents and its original packaging.
3. Hott is not responsible for any products returned without a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number.
4. The Customer does not need to pay for shipping expense when we ship out the product replacement back to you.
5. Hott reserves the right to charge the Customer, at our current hourly rate, for the cost of examining the product if such examination by us reveals that the product is not defective.
Warranties :
Manufacturer Warranty
Where applicable, the warranty offered for the products sold by Hott are the manufacturer's warranty.
If you encounter product problems and the product warranty is provided by the manufacturer directly, contact the manufacturer of the product you bought. You will likely get a replacement of a new model or a better product from them if the defective product cannot be repaired. Remember to provide them with the invoice and warranty card.
Hott Warranty
Where there is no manufacturer's warranty available, Hott offers a warranty for the products, as specified on the day of the sale and is also stated on our invoice. Warranties by Hott vary from product to product. Please refer to our invoice for warranty duration and the warranty starts from the invoice date. Hott's warranty is limited to repair/replacement of the item or refund of the purchase price, to be determined by Hott.
1. Replacement product will only be shipped after the faulty item has been received by Hott. Please use quality courier (with tracking number) to send the goods back to us.
2. Hott is not responsible for any products returned without a Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number.
3. Warranty applies to the original product and is not extended for replacements.
4. Hott is not liable under this warranty if in our reasonable opinion, we find that a defect is caused by fair wear and tear, careless or improper handling, non-adherence to operating instructions, improper installation or by other abuse or misuse caused by the Customer or a third party.
5. The Customer will have to bear the cost of shipping expense when we ship out the product replacement back to you.
6. Hott reserves the right to charge the Customer, at our current hourly rate, for the cost of examining the product if such examination by us reveals that the product is not defective.
Refunds :
1. We will offer a refund only if we are unable to repair or replace the faulty item.
2. No refunds offered if you have changed your mind about the goods.
3. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
4. Where a refund is authorized, please allow up to 14 days to process from the authorization date.
5. Refunds will be issued via cheque only.
Limitation Of Liabilities :
Under no circumstances will Hott be liable for any direct, indirect, special, incidental, consequential, or other damages resulting from any product purchased from Hott beyond the value of the item purchased, including, without limitation, any lost profits, business interruption, or loss of programs or information. Hott reserves the right to change any specification, design, model and or other information without notice.
General :
Hott may revise these terms at any time. Use of this website is subject to the revised terms.
