our Hott! FAQs first before writing to us. Better yet, you could always try
posting on our Hottie's HangOut! forum board for assistance - where our
Hotties' community is vast, knowledgeable and ALWAYS hanging around,
ready to help you out. It may be the fastest way to get an answer!
When writing to us, make sure your issue is appropriate to the email
address you click on. If you send site error questions to the purchasing
department, don't be surprised if our reply languishes in chicken and
duck talk.

If you'd actually like to hear back from us, there are a few useful things
you should send along with your email:
- your name
- your company name (if applicable)
- your contactable phone number
- the last REALLY good joke you heard
In regular circumstances, all emails will be replied to within 24 hours.
For everything else (including any..ahem..feminine Hotties that desperately
needs our attention or TLC), please fill out the form to your right. We know,
we know, people hate filling out those silly little forms, but it's your best hope
to get us.
NOTE : To request for Return Merchandize Authorization (RMA) number for
returning back Dead on Arrival (D.O.A) products or product problems STILL
under warranty (by HOTT only), please initiate the return process to obtain
the RMA number from us by using the RMA messaging system from the
Order History button under 'My Account' page.
